Cars For A Cause Car Show

I acknowledge that by participating in the Cars for a Cause Fundraiser, I, for myself, my heirs, personal representatives, executors, administrators, and assignee, hereby release and forever discharge any and all liabilities, claims, losses, demands, costs, expenses or rights of action against the Montgomery County Clerk of Court, Montgomery County Clerk of Court Auto Title Division, coordinating groups, volunteers, agents, administrators, members, sponsors, promoters, or affiliates, and any individual associated with the Cars for a Cause Fundraiser occurring on August 19th, 2023, arising from or by reason of, any bodily or personal injury or property damage which may be sustained by me directly or indirectly in connection with my participation in any aspects the Cars for a Cause Car Show Event. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the persons or entities mentioned above from any claims made or liabilities assessed against them because of my actions.

I do hereby grant and give these groups the right to use my or my vehicle’s photograph or image with or without my name, both single and in conjunction with other persons or objects for all purposes including, but not limited to, private or public presentations, advertising, publicity, and promotions relating thereto.

Finally you acknowledge that the vehicle which you have submitted to participate in the Cars for a Cause Fundraiser event is covered under a valid and legally acceptable auto insurance policy and has will not be expired on the day of the event, which is August 19^th 2023.

By booking your place, you accept and acknowledge that:

a)You have read and fully understand the Terms and Conditions contained within this agreement.

b)You agree and abide to the terms and conditions contained within this agreement.

c)You have read, fully understand, and accept the terms of the waiver.
